WHAT'S NEXT?

At the beginning of the season, some of you may have thought that you would run a marathon or half, then be done with it. But you KNOW we have you hooked on running by now. Look inside your feelings -- you know it to be true. :) Remember that many of us meet unofficially every Saturday at 6:00am during the off season. Distance varies and is negotiable. We'll take it easy for a few more weeks so we can heal up and recover. See you in the morning!

USA Fit Champions

Welcome to Champions Fit. We are a training program for walkers and runners designed with the goal in mind of completing the Chevron Houston Marathon or Half Marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a Champions Fit marathon training t-shirt.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 26 weeks.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running or walking the half marathon or full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
