July 30th; The seminar will be on RUNNING SAFETY. It shouldn’t be very long most of which is commonsense. After which you will have a brief meeting with your group.

August 6th; The seminar will be held at Ground Up in Vintage Park.  They will give a brief talk on various aspects of running. Snacks will be provided. Make a point to attend. The address is 122 Vintage Park Blvd Suite B, phone number 832-843-6668.

August 13th;

August 20th; My Fit Food, Interest in losing a few pounds. Sign up for their 21 day program and enjoy great food serving while you slim down.

August 27th; Cherry Blossom Yoga, Hosted by Sara Turk, Owner. Mr. Turk will explain the importance of stretching and flexibility before and after running or walking.

September 3rd; Labor Day Weekend, no seminar. But if your in town there is no reason why you couldn’t come out to the “Y” and complete your Saturday run. If you do come out understand this will be an UNSUPPORTED run. Fluid will not be provided.
